Music Teacher | Beverly Hills Middle School| Upper Darby School District| November 2017 - Present
• Teach 7th grade general music and 6-8th grade choir and employ PBIS strategies. Responsible for lesson planning and
implementing for 7th grade general music and musical theatre elective. Units of study in general music include historical
composers, keyboarding skills, note and rhythmic reading, and bucket drumming. In musical theatre elective units of study
include performing, teamwork, set design, and script analysis. Co-teach 6th – 8th grade choir duties include running rehearsals
four times a week, concert prep and programing, accompanying for rehearsals and concerts, and conducting concerts.

• Taught Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade general music. Responsible for creating and implementing curriculum for each

• Ran grant funded troops in the Norristown Area School District (Middle and High School levels), and an elementary level troop
at Accion Comunal Lation Americano de Montgomery County along with a coleader. Was responsible for taking attendance,
meeting preparation, set-up, and clean-up, as well as planning, preparation and enacting activities and discussions to
correspond with the Journey program for each level.

Substitute Music Therapist | Senior Adult Activates Center| August 2012
• Responsible for an hour-long segment 3 days a week, encouraging elderly with dementia to participate and interact with
music. Sessions involved playing the piano and singing along out of a songbook, guiding the senior citizens through karaoke,
creating and running games like “Name that Tune” and similar games and other activities.
