EVALUATION FORM-2018 FAMILY LIVING ROSARY

RATIONALE:

The praying of the annual Family Living Rosary forms part of our Salesian spirituality and Family Ministry. As Salesian and Marian school, we entirely entrust our life
and faith journey to our Blessed Mother after the example of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello. As her sons and daughters, we commit ourselves to authentic devotion
to her through the imitation of her virtues, sustained and nourished by the contemplation of the Gospels through the eyes of Mary in the Holy Rosary. Confronted by
today’s challenges to the Filipino family, this year’s Living Rosary will lead families to a faith-reading of their lives in the light of the Sorrowful Mysteries. It is hoped
that this occasion can help sow seeds of hope among the members of our educating community especially among our young people.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To provide a venue for the Don Bosco School Educating Community to pray for and with their families as they contemplate their communal experiences and
challenges in the light of the Sorrowful Mysteries
2. To accompany the members of our families especially the children to a faith-reading of their family’s difficulties through the eyes of faith of our Blessed
Mother, thus strengthening our devotion to her
3. To sow seeds of hope in our families and families of our oratorians as well by celebrating in prayer our shared blessings and struggles and acts of solidarity
with them through our Handog Puso offering
