Founders
Srinath Bettadpur, CEO
Srinath has over 28 years of rich experience in the software industry.
He has worked for reputed companies that include Department of Atomic Energy,
Hewlett Packard, MphasiS (Now an EDS, HP company), Reuters (now Thomson `
Reuters) and Encora Technologies.
Srinath has more than a decade of solid management experience where he helped the companies to
setup, manage and lead teams of varying sizes for high quality delivery. He acquired great expertise in
onsite-offshore software development and led successful transitions of projects/ programs from
various onsite locations that include US, UK, Singapore & Tokyo to India. He is an expert in offshore
delivery management. Over the years he has achieved expertise in client management, managing
vendors, project/program management and end to end offshore delivery management. In his experi-
ence he has led the software development groups to successful assessment of SEI CMMI for the
companies that he worked. In the senior management capacity he has useful experience in setting up
off-shore development centers (ODC), organization building and policy making.
Srinath’s management experience is backed by sound technical expertise. He possesses a rich experi-
ence technically and he has sound knowledge of state - of - art and emerging technologies. He has
intimate knowledge of user interfaces, databases, middleware and various systems & technology
architectures including real-time applications. He has great deal of expertise in developing and
deploying resilient, scalable, secure and high performance enterprise solutions.
Srinath's technical background spans research and development as well as commercial software
development. He has vast experience in various domain & technology areas that includes but not
limited to Real Time Simulations, MIS, OS, Telecom applications, Database Backup and Recovery, Health
Care and HR on all flavours of Unix & Microsoft platforms.
Srinath also provides consultation for business process reengineering, call centers, software processes
and quality, and project management.

Mangala Srinath, Director
Mangala is at the heart of day to day operation management of Spigot, specialized
in HR policy making. Mangala has varied experience including a stint with a Member
of the Bombay Stock Exchange and managing a popular educational institution.
Mangala has over 13 years of experience in HR that include managing her own recruitment firm, with a
great acumen for processes and a systematic approach, she strives for perfection. Her long-term
interests include providing consultancy services to companies in the areas of HR policy making and
organizational behaviour.
A commerce graduate from Bombay University, Mangala has a post graduate degree in

RajaHamsa
The Rajahamsa Lite & Advanced
versions of Spigot HMS have been
designed to suit mainly PolyClinics/
Maternity & Nursing Homes (10 to 15
beds).
It is a light-weight application and
bundles all the basic modules that are
required for OPD operations along
with the modules necessary to handle
IPD operations. Thus the applications
are as rich in features of Spigot HMS
Ashwa, and at the same time, does not
burden the polyclinics and nursing
homes with features and aspects that
are used by larger hospitals.
The Rajahamsa Lite variant,
containing only the OPD module, is
ideally suited for clinics with one or

Rajahamsa Advanced supports all the features of Rajahamsa Lite and in addition to the once described
below. Billing, Reporting, Admin module support IPD operation as well.
Advanced Modules
IPD Module
Patient
Registration. One-time capture of demographic information related to IPD patients while registering.
This offers support staff substantial savings in time by avoiding duplication of effort each time the
patient returns for checkups and appointments. It is the point at which the patient’s database is
created. All other modules such as e-Prescription and EMR are integrated with this facility.
Edit. Edit/supplement information already entered.
Print. Print profile details entered.
Ward Management
Take informed decisions and manage booking and/or discharge of beds and wards.
Bed Allocation. Hospital staff and/or nurses can allocate beds based on their availability in the
