The Constitution of the United States

For each of the following parts of the Constitution explain the following details : Main
Subject, Structure, Power, or what is addressed in the Article.
(what was created by each article)

Preamble: It is the highest law in the land, outlines the reasons in which the Constitution
was written (to form a more perfect union) and it have power to establish its goals (to
make sure all states follow the same rules, to establish a national defense system, and
to ensure a free nation forever).

Article I: It created the legislative branch. It has two parts, including house of
representatives and U.S.senate. As a result, U.S. Congress was created and it have a
number of powers, such as created taxes, changed our laws, created U.S. military,
declared war and peace, and common currency.

Article II: It created the executive branch, containing three parts: president, vice
president, and cabinet which is advisors to the president people that help the president
do his jobs. The president have power as a commander and chief head of the military,
and enforce our laws, being head of federal law enforcement. What is more, the
president have power to make treaties and appointment officials , even temporary
appointments without the approval of the Senate.

Article III: It created the judicial branch and can be divided in two parts: supreme court
and inferior court. The supreme court have power to appoint justice, and the supreme
court cannot be dismissed by the president, and the financial compensation for the
supreme court cannot be reduced at any time. The federal court have jurisdiction, and
original jurisdiction over cases involving ambassadors and cases in which one state is a
party.
Article IV: It created State to State Relations, only one part. States have to abide by,
respect, and enforce judicial rulings of other states. Congress maintains the right to
regulate the way such acts, records, and proceedings are admitted in court. Congress
has total authority over all U.S. territory and property.

Article V: It amended the constitution. The constitution have power to propose changes
with a ⅔ vote in the Senate and House of representatives. And it have power for the
creation of the Bill of Right.

Article VI: It created the supreme law of the land in three parts. All debts incurred under
the Articles of Confederation have power to be honored under the new Constitution. The
Constitution as the “supreme law of the land” and all treaties must comply with the
Constitution. All members of Congress have to swear to uphold the Constitution.

Article VII: It created ratification for constitution. It have power for the Constitution
becomes law of the United States when it is ratified by nine states.
