Tell me about yourself?

Answer : Myself Mangesh Abnave. Born and bought up in Pune, Maharashtra, India. I have completed my
graduation in Bachelor of Arts, from Mumbai Hindi University. I have completed my Oracle Certified Professional
and Sun Solaris Administration Certification. I have total 14 years of experience in Information Technology
Industries. I worked as Oracle DBA for more than 10 years. I worked with various domain and various oracle
technologies. My strong skill is Oracle RAC Administration and Oracle Performance Tuning. Currently working as
a Subject Matter Expert with VINSYS IT Services Pvt. Ltd.

2. What have your achievements been to date?

Till date I have achieved good skill set of oracle technology along with that I developed myself with current
technology skill set. I have achieved best employee award 2016 from VINSYS IT Services.

3. What word will you use to best describe yourself?

Honest and Hardworking are the words who can describe myself.

4. What is the most difficult situation you have had to face and how did you tackle it?

There were many difficult situation came into my life. However the one I remember most was my wife was
admitted because of labor pain I was at hospital officially I was in hospital at the same time it was very critical
situation happened at client side, client's application was down because database server was down, client was
insisting me to solve the situation. That time I need to handle the situation whether I should take care of my
wife or client issue. However I was in the call with my client for 3 hours to resolve however I resolved this
situation. But I made mind stable and find out a way to handle both the situation simultaneously.

5. What do you like/dislike about your present job?

My job is repetitive in these days however what I like most the job environment.

6. What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

Patience is greatest strengths and time management is my weakness.

7. Why are you intending to leave your current job?

I want more financial stability as well as more challenging job.
