Using Junos Pulse to connect to VPN9

Steps to Login to the VPN9 using Junos Pulse 5.0

1. Select Start>All Programs>Juniper Networks>Junos Pulse>Junos Pulse

2. Junos Pulse application will be launched.

3. Add a connection, click the +.

4. Select /Enter the following VPN appliance details:

 Type : UAC orSSL-VPN
 Name: VPN9
 Server URL: vpn9.fujixeroxap.net

Click Add.

5. To initiate the VPN Connection on VPN9, click Connect on the VPN9.

6. A window will pop-up for the Token options. Select one of the options below:
 Option 1 - Please Select a Token
o Junos Pulse, integrates with the RSA installed in the sytem, user no longer
needs to open the RSA software token
o Requires only the RSA Pin code
 Option 2 – Use physical token
o User needs to open the RSA software token or RSA hard token
o Requires the Passcode from RSA

7. Authentication Window will appear.

o If Option 1 – Please select a token is selected, authentication window will appear.
Please enter your RSA PIN and click the Connect button.

o If Option 2 –Use pysical token is selected, authentication window will appear.

o Open your RSA Secure ID Token Enter your Pin and Click the Arrow.

o RSA Passcode will be displayed.

o Enter Username and RSA Passcode on the VPN authentication window. Then click
Connect.

8. The Junos Pulse client will connect to the VPN9.

9. The green check icon will signify that user have an active connection to the VPN9.

Logging-off the VPN

1. Click the Disconnect button to log-off the VPN.
