told it will take one week for arrival.

     One the other hand, it was only arrived last week. Besides, your advertisement 
promised that I will immediately look ten years younger. Moreover, all of my family and friends
say I now look ten years older. 

     At last, according to your advertisement, the Young Look Beauty Oil is contain only natural
product. But when I looked at the ingredients I found it contain many chemicals such as
sulphuric acid and hydrogen peroxide.

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE! 

You must refund my money immediately. Thank you for your attention.

  The letter is well written if we are talking about blocks, ie, the customer first wrote the data of the
Company, then the greeting to then write the matter, the reason he is writting his complaint, 
The details (although lacking more solid evidence, such as attaching an image of the alleged not natural ingredients), and
finally, how he would like the problem solved to move to a farewell. 

The only thing I would correct from who wrote the letter would be that it did not follow all the tips for
Write a letter of complaint correctly, that is, he took away his emotions and did not stay calm 
For a moment when he wrote "I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE!" And in addition to this, use
better evidence than just text.
