On the Todd Home Energy Plan you will receive Nova Energy’s best available
residential pricing for your region as at 1 April each year.
The Todd Home Energy Plan offers electricity and natural gas in all
Nova Energy’s current supply regions.

Specific offer terms

The supply of electricity and/or natural gas under the Todd Home Energy Plan (“Plan”) is subject to Nova
Energy’s General Terms and Conditions for Residential Customers (“General Terms”), as varied by the
electricity and natural gas specific terms set out below and the Todd Home Energy Special Terms and
Conditions (“Special Terms”) detailed on the last page of this brochure.
1. If you join, you will receive a one-off $50 2. Nova Energy may adjust your pricing if, for any
account credit (including GST) on your first reason, the information that we have relied on
Nova Energy invoice. This one-off account to set your pricing is incorrect and/or requires
credit is not transferable, exchangeable or amendment (e.g. if your metering setup or
redeemable and no cash alternative is capacity and/or pricing category is incorrect
available. or changes). We will notify you of your new
pricing if this occurs.

This offer is subject to Nova Energy’s General Terms and Conditions for Residential
Customers (“General Terms”) available at www.novaenergy.co.nz. The General Terms
are varied by the supply specific terms on pages 5 of this brochure and the Todd Home
Energy Special Terms (“Special Terms”) detailed on the final page of this brochure.
Todd Home Energy Plan - Special Terms & Conditions
Introduction
1. The Todd Home Energy Plan is only available to Todd
Corporation shareholders (“Shareholders”) and Todd
Group’s New Zealand domiciled permanent staff
(“Staff”).
2. The Todd Home Energy Plan Special Terms and
Conditions (“Special Terms”) apply to all Todd Home
Energy Plan residential electricity and natural gas
supplied by Nova Energy Limited (“Nova Energy”).
3. By signing up to the Todd Home Energy Plan you agree
to the Special Terms and acknowledge the supply
of energy under your Todd Home Energy Plan is
subject to Nova Energy’s General Terms and
Conditions for Residential Customers (‘General
Terms”), as varied by the Special Terms which are
deemed to include the relevant supply specific terms,
set out in the Todd Home Plan brochure.
The Todd Home Energy Plan
4. The Todd Home Energy Plan offers Shareholders and
Staff Nova Energy’s best available residential
electricity and natural gas pricing in the given region.
In April each year your pricing will be adjusted to
match Nova Energy’s then best available residential
pricing for your region.
The Todd Home Energy Plan may be subject to other
pricing changes from time to time; for example, any
governmental, regulatory or levy changes. Any such
changes will be made in accordance with the General
Terms.
Plan Availability
5. The Todd Home Energy Plan is available to
Shareholders and Staff who:
a. are residential customers of Nova Energy in New
Zealand
b. are named as an account holder on the Nova Energy
account, and
c. have agreed to join the Todd Home Energy Plan.
6. The Todd Home Energy Plan may not be available to all
customers or for all energy services. For example, it is
not available:
a. for business sites or accounts
b. for unmetered electricity charges such as for new
building sites, street lighting and irrigation accounts,
or
c. for LPG supply.
We will let you know if this affects you on application.
Nova Energy does not supply electricity and natural
gas to all areas of New Zealand. If your home is in an
area not supplied by Nova Energy, you will not be able
to receive the Todd Home Energy Plan at this time. We
will let you know if this affects you on application.

Plan Term
7. For new Nova Energy customers, these Special Terms
take effect from the date we begin supplying your
energy.
8. For existing Nova Energy customers, these Special
Terms take effect from the first day of the new billing
cycle in which you opt-in to the Todd Home Energy
Plan.
9. If you cease to be a Staff member, or any account
ceases to have a Shareholder or a Staff member
named as an account holder, the Todd Home Energy
Plan will not apply to any bills generated on or after
the date of this event. Any energy supplied to you after
that date will be on Nova Energy’s standard pricing for
your area and/or the meter configuration for that
property.
General
10. Standard acceptance criteria apply.
11. Where there is a conflict between the General Terms
and these Special Terms, the Special Terms apply.
12. By opting into the Todd Home Energy Plan, you agree
to your Todd Group employer or the Todd Family Office
providing information to Nova Energy about your
eligibility to receive the Todd Home Energy Plan.
13. The Todd Home Energy Plan may not be available in
conjunction with any other offer made available by
Nova Energy from time to time.
14. For a property to be eligible for the Todd Home Energy
Plan it must be an own use residential property of a
Shareholder or a permanent Staff member. This does
include own use holiday homes.
15. If you move, you must notify Nova Energy in order to be
eligible to receive the Todd Home Energy Plan at your
new home.
16. Staff should note that the Todd Home Energy Plan
does not form part of the staff members terms and
conditions of employment.
17. If you fail to comply with these Special Terms, Nova
Energy may move you back to the standard pricing for
your area and/or meter set-up.
18. The availability of the Todd Home Energy Plan is at
Nova Energy’s absolute discretion. Nova Energy
reserves the right to change any of these Special
Terms in the future, including changing the Todd Home
Energy Plan on 30 days notice.
