How has the market share of these three companies changed ? Has Apple made continued
inroads on Android phone ? Has surface made inroads on the Ipads ? What’s happened to
the Kindle ? And what about Microsoft’s measly 2 percent of the phone market ? Has
surface helped ? Or has Microsoft finally given up on smartphones ?
 According to the latest data , Android phones still lead the smartphones market.
Applestill stays behind. Microsoft may go out of the run.
 Apple has made continued inroads on Android phones. However, apple market share
declines every quarter.
 Kindle has been replaced by Google with Nexus.
 Surface still stay behind its competitor. (Microsoft was estimated to have sold an
estimated 1.4 million Surface tablets, compared to roughly 26 million iPads from
Apple.)  This year Microsoft cut down a large number of staff which indicates that
this company may stop manufacture smartphone in the near future.
