COLLECTION TIMES
Normal collection times commence at 5am with Council commercial
services beginning at 4am. All waste services except Clean Up
collection continue as usual over public holidays.
Bin collection may start earlier on public holidays due to reduced

PREBOOKED
CLEAN UP SERVICE
BOOKING INFORMATION
Eligible households are entitled to two Prebooked Clean Ups per
financial year (July to June). As this is a popular service, during peak
periods the waiting time can be more than 8 weeks.
For more information about this service, including what can and cannot
be collected or to book a collection, please visit Council’s website.

Note: Changes, including cancellations to a Prebooked Clean Up


service, must be made more than seven days prior to the booked
collection date. Changes can only be made by calling Council on

more dwellings, Clean Up bookings can only be made through the strata
manager or owners’ corporation. The booking form for large complexes
is on Council’s website. The Clean Up service can be used twice within a
financial year.
