Power key and volume key can not press or stuck problem.

7. Repair Center
If users have reported this issue, please check if there are CID objects exist around or in
the power or volume key. If yes, please take picture of the objects and upload to
Lean-eService. Also, tick the option of CID.
Next, please disassemble the four parts by following the Service Guide and check if there’s
liquid or other CID objects stick on them(CID example). If yes, please take picture of it and
upload to Lean-eService. Also, tick the option of CID. Then, follow the Clean SOP to solve
the problem.
If there’s no sign of CID, follow the basic Troubleshooting Guide and do not need to run
the Clean SOP.

Disassemble the four parts：

CID example：

【Clean SOP】
(1) Prepare below clean tools.
Dust-free cotton swab 95 percent Ethanol Dust-free cloth
(P/N: 16TT0-00037000) (Local Buy) (Local buy)

(2) Replace item 2,3 and 4.

(3) Get appropriate amount of ethanol with dust-free cotton swab, and use
dust-free cloth to dry up the extra ethanol from the dust-free cotton swab.
(Just keep the dust-free cotton swab wet. Do not dip a lot of ethanol)

(4) Clean power hold and volume hole four side, please double check hold clean
after finish clean.

(5) Clean side key FPC hole four side, please double check hold clean after finish
clean.

(6) Clean whole Side Key Steel and make sure each side is clean.
(If the Side Key Steel was bended or damaged, please replace Side Key Steel)

(7) Assemble SIDEKEY STEEL,SIDEKEY FPC,POWER BUTTON and SIDEKEY BUTTON

in the unit.

(8) If the Power Key and the Volume Key are still stuck after implementing the
Clean SOP, please replace the LCM.
Also, please note "The Clean SOP did not solve the problem and the LCM is
replaced" in the Action code memo. Moreover, please upload the photos or
videos as the evidence of problem to Lean-eService.
