SUBJECT : PROFORMA DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE (DOAS, HQP-AAF-146)


FOR ROPA ACCOUNTS WITH CTS DOCUMENTATION

For standard and uniform implementation, the proforma Deed of Absolute Sale
(DOAS, HQP-AAF-146) is hereby issued.

The said document shall be used in converting ROPA accounts covered by


Contract-to-Sell (CTS) to Real Estate Mortgage (REM) and shall be executed between
the buyer of acquired asset and the Pag-IBIG Fund.

This document shall be used effective __ A_U_G_2_5_2_01_5 _

Please be guided accordingly.

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

Pag-IBIG FUND, a government financial institution organized and


existing under and by virtue of Republic Act No. 9679, with principal
office at the Petron MegaPlaza, 358 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati
City, represented in this Act by its _

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute owner of certain acquired asset/s

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to sell on "as is where is" basis the
above-described property/ies to the BUYER/5, which offer the buyer has
accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of

sells, transfers and conveys, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, to and in

The BUYER understands that the SELLER is not responsible for the
construction of the unit and development of the subdivision/condominium project.
The BUYER holds SELLER free and harmless from any and all liabilities arising
from any loss, damage or injury occasioned by any flaw or deficiency in the
construction and/or design of the housing unit and development of the
subdivision/condominium project, defects on the ground, and by the use of
substandard materials. The BUYER further agrees to pursue all remedies under
this section exclusively against the developer, contractor and architect pursuant
to Article 1723 of the New Civil Code.

All expenses for the registration of this Deed of Absolute Sale, including
the payment of documentary stamp tax and other expenses incidental to the
transfer of title to the BUYERls shall be borne by the BUYER/s.
