700101, hereinafter referred to and called as PURCHASERS (which
expressions or terms shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the
context or Subject be deemed to mean and include their heirs, executors,
representatives, administrators, nominees and assigns) of the SECOND
PART.

occupation – Business, residing at Sabujpally, P.O. Gouranganagar, P.S.
Newtowm, Kolkata – 700159, Dist. North 24 Parganas, hereinafter
referred to and called as CONTRACTOR/INTERIOR DECORATOR
(which expressions or terms shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the
context or Subject be deemed to mean and include their heirs, executors,
representatives, administrators, nominees and assigns) of the OTHER
PART.

WHEREAS the first party received the cheque amounting Rs. 5,00,000/-
(Rupees Five Lakh) only on several occasion installment which mentioned in the
memo of this agreement and received and acknowledged the same through his
contractor for decoration extra work of the flat ALL THAT piece and parcel
of One residential Flat being Flat No. B-2 on the SECOND floor
(Marble) of the of measuring area 1150 sq. ft. super built up area more
or less consisting 3 (Three) bed rooms, 1 (One) Drawing cum dining, 1
(One) Kitchen, 2(Two) Toilets and 1(One) Balcony along with common
facilities, amenities together with undivided proportionate share of land
within the local limits of Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality, Municipal
Holding No. AS/46/N, Block –A, Premises No. AD-29, Rabindra Pally,
Krishnapur, within the local limits of Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality,
Ward No. 32, now Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation, Ward No. 23
AND WHEREAS the second party issued the cheque amounting Rs.
3,00,000/- in favour of the contractor/Interior decorator by two cheques
from his son Tejojyoti Biswas being cheque no. 528411 dated 28/1/2019
and cheque no. 528412 dated 29/1/2019 each cheque amounting Rs.
1,00,000/- and another two cheque amounting Rs. 50,000/- each being
no. 578052 S.B.I. Prafullakanan Branch dated 25/1/2019 another
cheque being No. 101759 dated 25/1/2019 drawn on IDBI Bank
Rabindrapally Branch infavourt of Sanjoy Das by Snigdha Biswas which
will acknowledge and receipt in the Memo of this agreement and balance
Rs. 2,00,000/- Account payee cheque for extra cost of construction in
favour of S.ENTERPRISE 103851 dated 26/2/2019 amounting to Rs.
2,00,000/- by Dibyendu Biswas, S.B.I. Prafullakanan Branch in favour
of S. Enterprise for supply the rod, cement, sands, bricks for
construction work
