Seller’s Account: Updated realty tax, documentary stamp tax, capital gain tax, notarial expenses
Buyer’s Account: transfer of tax and registration expenses
AGENTS COMMISSION: 5% of the agreed price

I hereby extend to you this authority to sell the above property within 3-6 months from today. Should
you be successful in offering the above property. I oblige myself to give ___% of whatever net

all transaction or negotiations regarding your buyer and this property, both shall be informed
and shall always be present together with me with utmost transparency.
