1.0 Miss Muffet

12.6 Incentive Payment: An upward trend of 29.68%
has been noticed as compared to the last year in
the total incentive paid till end of Jan’19, which is
required to be reviewed and analysed.
12.7 O.T. Hours: It was found that there is a huge
increase in OT hours booked as compared to the
last year. In fact, the increase is 159% over the
last year. Accordingly, there is a quantum jump in
expenditure booked on this account. Detailed
analysis should be done to know the reason for
such enhancement.
12.8 Further it was advised to consider the possibility of
installation of Skylight/Sun beam at the roof of the
workshop shed for natural light during day time

Turbo ventilators are being provided in the
workshop as exhaust fan. For better illumination
