INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this report is to present my experience in this trip and to explain how the money of
the club were spent in every day of the trip. The final section makes recommendations for a better
way to spend money in future trips.

ACCOMODATION

Our accommodation was a nice hotel nearby the central part of the city. It was not too expensive
but it had everything that we could need. We had a place to sleep and rooms for two people, so we
wouldn’t feel cramped. The great part was that this hotel had a gym downstairs so we were able to
enjoy an hour of physical activities together, as we all are huge fans of sports. This hotel was the
ideal place for a few men that wanted to see this sport event.

FOOD

The sports company offered an ideal amount of money for food. The participants ate three
consistent meals every day. The food was offered by the cafeteria that was located at the ground
floor of the hotel, where the prices were a lot lower than expected. Nobody had any problem with
the amount of food that was provided.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Taking all the factors of this report into account, I consider this trip to be a successful one, but I
recommend that the company chooses a hotel that is located closer to the spot where the main
activity will take place, as it took more than an hour to get to the field where the game took place.
Organized, well-structured youth sports and on-going physical activities can provide many benefits
for children, adults and even older people. Sports and an active lifestyle play an important role in a
person's life and there are many methods the government can increase the number of people that
practice sports.

First of all, if people had the facilities they needed to practice physical activities, they probably
would be a lot more interested. An efficient idea could be establishing more sports halls and leisure
centres so people have a variety of places to choose from. Also, different dancing halls could be
organised for people. This would be an activity that is healthy and fun at the same time.

Secondly, media campaigns are a considerable way to encourage people into practicing sports. In
21st century, people spend a lot of time navigating on the Internet, which is why social media
campaigns would attract many humans to the world of sports. Also, whenever an activity of this kind
is about to take place, banners around the city can encourage people to take part in them and let
everybody know about the existence of them. Many humans do not know to this day that organised
physical activities occur at least once a week in every city.

To conclude, there is a great number of modalities people can be encouraged to practice sports by
the government, but I think that the most efficient one must be using social media and other media
campaigns to inform people about the great variety of possibilities they have.
