SUBJECT: Representation for request of posting in Jammu District.

Respected Sir

I, AKSHAY CHOPRA presently deployed at TOLL POST LAKHANPUR as Excise

Inspector do here by state that -

I had earlier worked as Sub Inspector in J&K Excise Department from August
2014 to January 2019 in various capacities like that on TOLL POST RAILWAY
STATION and in City Excise Range NORTH Jammu.

I had also attended the Training at Principal Training Institute Nagrota twice
during my tenure as Sub Inspector.

I am the only male member in my family and had to take care of my mother who
has health issues.

Therefore, I request you to please exempt me from Training Programme and

kindly post me in Jammu district so that I can focus on my work and also be there
for my mother as and when needed. This will save my time, energy and efforts
and I will be able to give complete time to my professional life and also my
personal life.

situation and take a decision in my favor.
