1 Introduction
The TCS-200 is PC-based software that allows the configuration of TSA-200 /
TSA-200X features that are not configurable from the control panel's keyboard.
Note
i It is only possible to change the operator and programmer's passwords on a
TSA-200.

2 Compatibility
2.1 Control Panels
The TCS-200 is compatible with the TSA-200 and TSA-200X control panels.

2.2 Pre-Requisites
The TCS-200 requires windows XP and above, and a GSRS-232 Adapter.

3 Installation
Run the setupTCS200-v1.0.2.0.exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.

4 Running the TCS-200 Software

Connect the GSRS-232 to the TSA-200 / TSA-200X (see Figure 1) and to your PC's
RS-232 port. Use a USB to RS-232 adapter if necessary. The control panel may display
a ground-fault error when a PC is connected to it. This will not interfere with the
software or its configuration.
The current parameters are read from the control panel and are displayed on the
TCS-200.

Double-click on the TCS-200 icon to run the software.

Enter the user name (Telefire) and the password (9241) to get to the program's main
screen (see Figure 3).

4.1 Version
This field shows the software version of the control panel.

4.2 Operator password

This field allows you to change the operator's password (required to gain level 2 Access
as per EN 54-2).
The factory default value is 1111.
Enter four digits. Valid numbers are 1 – 6.

4.3 Programmer password

This field allows you to change the programmer's password (required to gain level 3
Access as per EN 54-2).
The factory default value is 2222.
Enter four digits. Valid numbers are 1 – 6.

4.4 Delay before release

This field allows you to change the delay before extinguishant release. The default
value is 30 seconds, and can be set from 5 to 50 seconds in 5 second steps.
Note
i This field only sets the delay before extinguishing release. It does not
change whether extinguishing release will be delayed or not. You will need to
manually set the TSA-200X to delayed extinguishing via the front panel and
keyboard.

4.5 Extinguishing pulse duration

This field allows you to change the extinguishant release pulse duration. The default
value is 20 seconds, and can be set from 5 to 495 seconds in 5 second steps.

4.6 Telecom type

This field sets whether the activation condition for output 2 (Out 2 on the main board) is
alarm or extinguishant release.

4.7 Manual exting delay

This field allows changing the delay for the Manual Release Input (In 4). The default
delay is no delay (immediate activation). You can set the delay to 30 seconds by setting
this field to Yes.

4.8 Download
Press the Download button to save the changed settings to the control panel.
