The self-concept is the opinion that a person has about

themselves, which is associated with a value judgment. It should
be noted that self-concept is not the same as self-esteem,
however its relationship is very close and one could not be
understood without the presence of the other.

aislado. ¿Cómo me veo?.

experiencias.

The concept that I formed from me. The one that I feel worth, happy, depressed,
communicative, isolated. How I look?.

I formed that concept through the experiences I acquired in the environments in which I
develop.

The way I think and feel about myself has been communicated to me through my experiences. (I
have a clear sense of my life).

- My self-concept is not fixed, I'm not determined.

- I have some positive or negative feelings about myself.

- According to those feelings I see the world in the terms of those feelings (if I see the world
negatively, I respond to that world fleeing and not wanting to participate in it).

- This results in the image as I think about myself and others.

- By perceiving myself in a way, I project in the context in which I live my vision about others.

- I react to the other in the way I perceive it, reinforcing the image I have of myself and of others.

I am provoking the response of my own behavior.

When I evaluate or my self-concept is negative:

- I self-criticize live negatively (When I eat negative aspects, I destroy myself and project what I
think of myself in others).

- I compare myself with the others by lowering myself.

Extreme depressions make the person sick. "LOVE YOURSELF" ; It has nothing to do with "true
love."
Accepting: the person who does not love himself is incapable of loving others. Trying to
overcome the poor image of previous experiences that may have had.
