The GPS timed current interrupters shall be required for recording interrupted
cycles of current, voltage readings when coupled with DC-Source (Transformer-
Rectifier or Thermo Electric Generators) during Cathodic Protection Surveys on
buried pipelines.
The Current Interrupter shall exhibit fully automated current interruption program,
precision clock timing even with an intermittent view of the GPS satellites.
