I want to enter this field because I like creating relationships with
the people around me. And I love to create things using art and

Nature of the Job
Some benefits of becoming a marketing manager include having those good people skills
that can translate no matter what job you have, you are so busy that you will rarely get
bored, and you are involved with technology everyday. But there are a few problems that
may occur. These complications may be that you have a less experienced team to work
with, or you are always busy and left with little time for yourself. The biggest difficulty
that i feel would happen is that everyone has different viewpoints on what they think will
sell, and this may cause conflict between workers.
Career Advancement
A Marketing Manager is like the top position you can have in the
marketing field. So there is really no way to advance to a higher
position.
