ABSTRACT

Purpose of this study was to describe the performance of health service in health
center of Pamandati South Konawe regency in 2014. This study was qualitative
through phenomenological approach. Data were processed manually and
displayed in a document (content analysis). The result of the study showed that
human resources in health center of Pamandati regarding to work achievement
assessment of health service can be followed through presence and being active
for each duty and function. Intra personal relationship of health professionals in
health center of Pamandati was mutual corporations either indoor or outdoor of
health center to give a prima health service for patient. Ability to cost in health
center of Pamandati to conduct health service was available from BOK and other
fund from BPJS and APBD. The health service utilization in health center of
Pamandati which came from BOK was 70% required for service and the other
30% were for operational requirements. Tools and facility available in health
center of Pamandati indicated that target of health service tools and facility
coverage that should be achieved by health center of Pamandati was, additional
Pustu and Polindes in villages where had no health service and improved service
quality based on SPM. Tools and facility available in this health center was
complete enough and the number of medical tools in it was complete enough for a
kind of outpatient care service. Time obedience in health center of Pamandati
indicated that time obedience of health service in health center of Pamandati had
been done on timely at 08.00 am because of discipline prioritize to gain a prima
service. Health professional distribution in health center of Pamandati was
appropriated with minimum standard of health service generally. And placement
of health professional in managing health service program in health center of
Pamandati was set based on own classification and profession.
