    How to use this Spreadsheet

    If you don't have PowerPivot


    1 Ensure that you have access to Office 2010
    2 Goto this link to download PowerPivot add-in

    Using this Spreadsheet


    1 Select the "Days" tab and set the following

    2 Enter tasks in the "Tasks" tab

    3 Go to PowerPivot window to ensure that the entries you've made are recorded in PowerPivot
    4 Return to Excel, "Gant" tab and click Data > Refresh All
