TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Taxes : Shall be payable extra as applicable at the time of despatch. Present rate is KVAT @14.5%.
Delivery : Within 4-6 weeks from date of receipt of your technically and commercially clear PO with advance.
Freight : Extra, Ex-Cochin.
Unloading : Not in our scope.
Payment : 40% advance with order and balance against Proforma Invoice, prior to despatch.
Validity : This offer shall be valid up to 10-03-2017, beyond which, is subject to our re-confirmation
