and training are the Recruitment Officer and the training Officer.

- Under the VP-Administration are the Personnel Officer, the Finance Officer, and the
General Services Officer. An internal auditor reports to him administratively and to
the President functionally.

- The VP-Marketing maintains functional responsibility over the Training Officer and
the Recruitment Officer for quality-control purposes.
