- The company is engaged in the marketing of Janitorial services. There are two main
parts in the operation: the marketing aspect, and the recruitment and training aspect
each headed by a vice-president. Both report to the president.
- Under the VP-Marketing are three marketing officers. Under the VP-Recruitment
and training are the Recruitment Officer and the training Officer.
- Under the VP-Administration are the Personnel Officer, the Finance Officer, and the
General Services Officer. An internal auditor reports to him administratively and to
the President functionally.
- The VP-Marketing maintains functional responsibility over the Training Officer and
the Recruitment Officer for quality-control purposes.
