evidence for the carrier's claim.
Important tips before installation

1. Before installation, you must be familiar with the safe operating procedures
of the equipment used in the work and the safety production specifications
at the construction site.
2. Turn off the starter power of the conveyor and hang up the warning sign
"Operation is in operation, no closing".
3. If the equipment is in a downhole or enclosed area, the gas and dust content
must be tested before using a torch or electric welding. Confirm that the gas
and dust content is within the safe value range, otherwise an accident may
occur.
4. Before using the cutting torch or electric welding to open the belt conveyor
frame, the conveyor belt should be covered with a flame-retardant cover,
otherwise the belt may be damaged.
5. After the installation work is completed, the tools, irons, welding slag, etc. in
the installation area and on the conveyor belt should be cleaned up before
starting the conveyor belt. Failure to do so may result in serious personal
injury or damage to the conveyor belt.
6. In the running state of the conveyor, if you want to adjust the tension of the
cleaner, be careful when handling it to prevent the tools, body or clothes in
your hand from being caught in the conveyor belt, resulting in serious
personal injury or death. For the maintenance operation, please carry out in
the stop state, remember!

The material conveyed by the conveyor belt often has viscous materials, such as coal
dust, mud, powdery materials, some of which will stick to the working surface of the
conveyor belt, and cannot be completely removed during discharge, and will stick to
the roller as the belt runs. On the long time, it will cause the following consequences:
1. The material enters the housing of the roller, thereby increasing bearing wear,
and the material attached to the roller shell can damage and pull the surface of
the conveyor belt to accelerate the damage of the conveyor belt.
2. Adhesives enter the tail wheel and change the drum, the material will stick to
the surface of the drum, and the more sticky, the more the conveyor belt runs
off, increasing the wear of the conveyor belt, resulting in adverse
consequences.
3. The material sticks to the driving roller, and the friction of the roller is increased,
which may cause damage to the surface of the conveyor belt and the coating
layer of the roller.
4. If the materials are not removed in time, a blanking area will be formed in the
entire working channel, causing environmental pollution, increasing the
amount of cleaning labor, affecting the physical and mental health of
employees, and increasing the cost of the enterprise.

Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor, the
attachment on the conveyor belt must be cleaned. If the cleaning device is good, the
life of the idler, conveyor belt, etc. can be extended. It can be seen that the cleaner has
a non-negligible effect on the belt conveyor.

The DB-DTEH alloy cleaner manufactured by our company is a head sweeper installed
on the head roller of the belt conveyor. The elastic property of the rubber elastic block
can automatically adjust the contact pressure between the cleaner blade and the
conveyor belt. Rubber The cushioning effect of the elastic block ensures that the blade
and the running belt are under a suitable range, so that the cleaning material is clean

installation steps
1. According to the delivery list, check out the box. There should be a main frame
(with blades), left and right mounting brackets, shaft seats and corresponding
fastening screws. If there is any discrepancy, please contact Debon or its
regional sales representative to adjust.
2. Please read the installation instructions carefully to understand the structure of
the DB-DTEH cleaner.
3. Check the belt for damage and reinforcement before installation. If the
damaged surface exceeds 100mm2, the nail and the iron joint cannot be
installed.
4. Clean the attachment on the surface of the drive roller to allow the cleaning
blade to work smoothly.

5. After the installation port is opened, the adjustment frame is welded to the
head frame beam with reference to the L1 and L2 dimensions, so as to ensure
that the shaft seat has room for adjustment on the adjustment frame.
6. Install the cleaner on the mount, let the sweeping blade slightly touch the
surface of the belt, and then gently tighten the fastening bolts.
7. Adjust the cleaning blade to the parallel with the axis of the drum by adjusting
the bolt . Refer to Table 1 for the angle. Then, use two Φ18mm steel bars to
string into the pressure holes at both ends of the shaft, add the contact force
of the cleaning blade to the belt to 100 to 150N, and then lock all the bolts.
8. Note: The cleaning blade should be evenly contacted with the belt surface.
There should be no contact at one end. The working pressure should be
appropriate. It should not be too large or too small. It should be too large and
wear, which will affect the service life of the belt and the elastic body. . If the
installation location is inconsistent with that described above, the company can
make special designs and provide installation instructions.

maintenance
1. The accumulated adherent material accumulated on the cleaning blade and the
elastomer will affect the cleaning effect and service life, and should be cleaned
up in time.
2. If the elastomer is too long, it will age, open the rubber, and the elasticity will
decrease. When the fastening bolts are long, they will loosen and fall off. Check
and replace them in time to prevent damage to the cleaner and scratch the belt.
3. When the spare parts are replaced, the scraper and the elastic body should be
leveled. It is not allowed to level the pressure, otherwise the cleaning effect will
be affected.
4. Check the working pressure of the cleaning blade once or twice a month, and
adjust the pressure in time.
