1.

i. Transformer oil droplets on outlet pipe fitting of radiator and conservator tank.
ii. There is used disposals and food packing in room
iii. Oil droplets coming out from radiator end bolts.
iv. Rusting on radiator outlet/inlet pipefitting.
v. Silica gel color changed in pink, (installed at bus bar dust of LV Side of
transformer).

(Both transformer rooms are not clean and doors are open)

2. At Panel no 8F, 4F, 6R few bolts are loose and at 8R few bolts are not found.
3. Cable trench of MCC is not covered.
4. At VFD room
i. Mats are not proper
ii. Fall ceiling near duct is open.
5. Earthing plate is loose.
6. Housekeeping battery room is not done yet.
