Enabling

Enterprise Command
Center (ECC)
For E-Business Suite 12.2+>
About Enterprise Command Center :
Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework (ECC) provides information discovery, visualization,
and exploration capabilities embedded within the Oracle E-Business Suite user Interface. Oracle
Enterprise Command Center Framework enables the creation of business dashboards in different
functional areas such as Supply Chain, Financials, Manufacturing and Procurement.

Features of Enterprise Command Center :

 ECC enables users to navigate transactional information using interactive visual components
and guided discovery that allow exploratory data analysis. The ability to drill down to detailed
insights into the data allows the dashboards to be action driven.

 Out-of-the-box dashboards are delivered across some Oracle E-Business Suite product
families and functional areas. The dashboards are rich in functionality and the nature of
technology allows for a highly interactive user experience that can address various use cases
and scenarios.

 It is critical that dashboards are customizable, to allow users to extend the use of the feature
set and get additional benefits from it as per their specific requirements.

Installing Enterprise Command Center :

Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework must be installed on a Linux X86-64 bit based server
accessing an Oracle E-Business Suite installation at Release 12.2.4 or higher. Download the quick
install package from My Oracle Support. This package contains Oracle Enterprise Command Center
Framework as well as Oracle WebLogic Server.
Enabling Enterprise Command Center:
After Installing ECC by default administrator will assign ECC Developer responsibility to application
user.
