stethoscope is inserted where the pulse is located. Then the device is pumped till the
needle in the device’s gauge is at its peak the valve is slowly released and then the gauge
is observed if the needle makes unnecessary movement as it slowly moves down. The
number were the anomaly happens is the blood pressure to see this it’s the first anomaly

- One cannot say that a family is ready for a disaster so the NSTP program started an
Activity to Make each family ready for any disaster they may face. The NSTP CWTS
started a mission to make each family know what to do in a disaster. Hence the FAMILY
RISKS REDUCTION PROGRAM. Where in each of the NSTP student will teach their
family about what they leaned during the NSTP program like the fire safety, an
earthquake drill and CPR. There is also on how to create an alarm system so that anyone
will know if there is a disaster coming and the emergency bag or kit that each family
must have.
Activity: Campus Project
Date: May 17, 2019
- On May 17 2019 BSME 1-B CWTS students conducted a project to help improve the
cleanliness of the CEA Building. We decided to implement some trash bin in order to
alleviate the problem. The CEA building trash bins are lacking only having one trash bin
on the second and third floor. This is a problem due to this the students are always
littering everywhere in the building, The janitors cannot always clean the rooms due to
classes that are going on and some students just don’t care because they cannot see a
trash bin that is not full or available adding to that is the lack of permanent trash bin in
the building sure you can see there is a box there for the trash but it’s not a permanent
solution. So may this project ease the trash in each room in the CEA Building and also
the class of 1-C had put up posters in our trash bins so that every student may be cautious
of littering.

the community according to their training from the right extinguishers to use. The proper
way of exiting a Burning Building and what makes a fire.
