Apna chula is an innovative firm which believes in innovation and customer satisfaction. Firm
has projects to do in future which will ensure customer satisfaction.

1.SWOT ANALYSIS:

SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix) is a strategic planning technique used to help a person or
organization identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related
to business competition or project planning.[1] It is intended to specify the objectives of the
business venture or project and identify the internal and external factors that are favorable and
unfavorable to achieving those objectives. Users of a SWOT analysis often ask and answer
questions to generate meaningful information for each category to make the tool useful and
identify their competitive advantage. SWOT has been described as the tried-and-true tool of
strategic analysis.[2]
Strengths and weakness are frequently internally-related, while opportunities and threats
commonly focus on the external environment. The name is an acronym for the four parameters
the technique examines:

 Strengths: characteristics of the business or project that give it an advantage over others.
 Weaknesses: characteristics of the business that place the business or project at a
disadvantage relative to others.
 Opportunities: elements in the environment that the business or project could exploit to its
advantage.
 Threats: elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the business or project.
The degree to which the internal environment of the firm matches with the external environment
is expressed by the concept of strategic fit. Identification of SWOTs is important because they
can inform later steps in planning to achieve the objective. First, decision-makers should
consider whether the objective is attainable, given the SWOTs. If the objective is not attainable,
they must select a different objective and repeat the process.
SWOT ANALYSIS OF APNA CHULA:
 STRENGHTS:
Strengths of apna chula are its efficient management who is very creative and innovative,
as we know now days if we won’t innovate we will be left behind.
 WEAKNESSES:
Weaknesses of apna chula are the attitude of the customers towards new genre of
restaurant. Its weakness can be its suppliers at times when they will fail to provide the
supply.
 OPPERTUNITIES:
Opportunities that apna chulla seek in upcoming years are acquiring and opening
restaurants in other major cities as well.
 THREATS:
Threats to apna chula are the pressure groups that operate in Pakistan such as the food
dept of Pakistan which is very active and strict with food outlets.
2. MARKET DEVELOPMENT:

Market development is a growth strategy that identifies and develops


new market segments for current products. A market development strategy targets
non-buying customers in currently targeted segments. It also targets new customers in
new segments.
MARKETING DEVELOPMENT FOR APNA CHULA:
Apna chula seeks to open its products and offer them to different universities. They will
offer their services in NUST university, BAHRIA university and AIR university initially
but it will expand to all over Islamabad in upcoming years.
3. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

Product development, also called new product management, is a series of steps that
includes the conceptualization, design, development and marketing of newly created or
newly rebranded goods or services
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT FOR APNA CHULA:
Apna chula is planning to ad customized drinks with it. For example customized rooh
afza, tang etc.
