Sir/Madam,

Kindly refer to the aforementioned subject and the seat matrix placed on NBE website wherein the status of
your NBE accredited Institute/Hospital is mentioned for enrolling DNB(Post MBBS) candidate(s) in the specialty
of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Aayushi Singh vide Roll Number 1805029528 participated in the Online counseling and opted for DNB
training at your Institute/Hospital in the specialty of Ophthalmology for January 2018 admission session.

The candidate has to report to your institute/hospital and to join his/her DNB(Post MBBS) training latest by 19-
06-2018. No relaxation or extension to above prescribed timelines is permissible under any circumstances.

Annexure ‘A’ (DNB(Post MBBS) January 2018) in ORIGINAL has to be furnished by the accredited hospital
through speed post. However, a scanned copy of ‘Annexure – A’ is to be uploaded on the NBE website
immediately after joining the candidate for DNB training.

Joining of the candidate is subject to verification of their prescribed documents in Original and medical fitness.
The medical examination of the candidate shall be done by the Medical Board of the concerned NBE accredited
institute. Candidate who produce the original documents at the time of reporting for joining and found fit in the
medical examination shall only be allowed to join the DNB(Post MBBS) course.

Candidates joining DNB(Post MBBS) Programme for January 2018 admission session, after opting a confirmed
seat through NBE online Counseling shall not be eligible to appear in DNB CET and shall not be eligible for
another DNB seat for the entire duration of their DNB(Post MBBS) Programme (i.e. for 3 years). This shall be
irrespective of their resignation or discontinuation from the course due to any reason.

Please note that the candidate shall be registered for DNB(Post MBBS) Course with NBE only on receipt of a
duly completed registration form along with other prescribed documents within one month of his/her joining
DNB training. In case of non compliance of NBE guidelines in regards to admission for DNB programmes,
actions as deemed appropriate shall be undertaken, including but not limited to, withdrawal of NBE
accreditation.
