Overview
HCYD22 elevator emergency power supply device is a power failure
stop running for the elevator, through inverter power supply to the
elevator rescue a safety device automatically. Mains normal standby mode
when the device is detected, when the mains power failure or phase,
equipment delayed start, through pre -tuned inverter lowest frequency, low
traction elevator to the floor leveling position, open the elevator door,

Working principle
This device is always monitoring the presence or absence of the mains, there is
electricity in the case the device is not put into operation. When the power cut, means to
lift a start signal, the output of two-phase AC220V AC delay, this time to adjust your speed
to move the elevator to leveling, open the elevator door.
Specific action sequence is as follows: When a mains, device HC - TDGK board
LED1, LED5, LED9 normally on, KY do, LED2 flashing, device detecting mains.
When power outage LED4 bright immediately, LED6 normally on, KY disconnect,
LED1, LED5, LED9 out; LED11 after 15 seconds LED12, LED15 bright, bright; 28
seconds after LED13, LED16 bright, device output, output terminals on L2, N2 AC220V
voltage, LED14 bright 33 seconds.
When the device terminals output AC220V voltage at L2, N2, device to stop output,
after the completion of the work, the device to exit.
Device from the connector KKA output enable signal on 1, 2, 3, 4 sub phase sequence
relay in elevator control cabinet.
If the device operates incoming call, the device will exit.

Wiring
1、 Cable Connection
Means all signal lines are output from the connector, KKA -1, KKA-2 as an
emergency run signal; KKA -3, KKA-4 for connecting elevator phase

2、 Connect the main power cable
he device chained to the main power supply and an elevator between:
terminal block L1, N1 , is the input, L2， N2 is output. Make sure L2, N2 is
the elevator control cabinet with control transformer connected.

Operating

Switched power supply, the power switch on the unit panel is in

position "I" will 24V switch within the device (FA).

Note: Please confirm whether start control cabinet all power before the unit is isolated total power line, setting the
elevator drive emergency desired frequency, the frequency of the inverter is set slightly lower than the speed of access.

three-phase electric control cabinet is isolated;

Troubleshooting
The device is maintenance-free, with automatic discharge function. Recommended a trial is
conducted quarterly to measure FA and whether there is between 0V and 24V DC voltage, in order to
ensure proper functioning of equipment.
