Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities
Preparing the offer and forwarding to the customer upon receiving of Request for Quotation.
Arranging the deliveries of received order of mooring ropes and wires on various ports around the world.
Reverting to client emails for requisitions.
Coordination with warehousing partners around the world.
Coordination with suppliers for outsourced goods.
Taking care of required documents upon the delivery.
Sending purchase orders and sales order to the customers and suppliers.
Coordinating internally with Accounting for billing and invoicing.
Dealing with customers on daily basis.
