Sub: Regarding the requirement of Character Certificate for the PhD admission in NIT Uttrakhand.

Respected Madam

With due respect, I wish to inform you that I had applied for the PhD program in NIT Uttrakhand under
TEQIP program. Now as I have been selected for the PhD admission in Electrical Engineering department
of NIT Uttrakhand. For that purposes following documents are required.

I. Character certificate from present employer

II. Last Pay drawn certificate (LPC)
III. No Objection certificate.

I request you to kindly issue me following certificate, I will be thankful to you.
