ABC…

This work is inspired by the phonetic alphabet and combining letters. The idea is same as

Ligeti’s Nonsense Madrigals, III – “The Alphabet”, but the way we approach it, is very

different. In terms of, the compositional techniques and instrumentation. The work is

structured by the ordering of the alphabet. The letters that have been used before will come

back again for aesthetic reasons.
