NOTE
Oiliness on finger can cause life of lamp to be reduced due to influence on
lamp’s function. Replace lamp with holding it with hand in condition that
packing vinyl is covered.
When by accident touched the lamp, lightly wipe it off with soft cotton wetted
with isopropyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol.
WARNING
Touch the lamp after it is fully cooled off as you can get burns as each parts
except the handle can be hot during use of light.
▶ Turn on light with always light cover is assembled to prevent accident.
45
Replace a new lamp by inserting it into socket and turn filament direction
adjustment knob and assemble lamp cap.
▶ Basic assembly direction of filament is vertical.
CAUTION
Sterilize and rinse light after full cool off as each part gets hot after using the
lamp.
CAUTION
Take special caution for no scratch to happen on light cover or reflection plate
upon rinsing or handling.
▶ With distilled water supply system you can both water supply and both distilled
water for equipment.
CAUTION
Be sure to separate distilled water container after converting “On/Off valve” as

46
1) Take out distilled water container attached at the back of unit by turning
it to arrow direction.
Tube
CAUTION
Take caution so that parts like the tube contacted directly with distilled water
shall not be contaminated by hands.
CAUTION
Be sure to turn “On/Off valve” as “Off” after work or holidays when not using
distilled water for a long time.
47
▶ Otherwise, parts can be damaged due to increased pressure on distilled
water container.
NOTE
In distilled water container automatic pressure discharge device(operated upon
over 0.2Mpa air pressure) to prevent accident due to overpressure.
When water pressure rapidly falls as air spouting sound occurs, check if
depressurizer indicates 0.15Mpa by opening service door in right side of unit,
and slowly turn pressure adjustment handle right and left and set it as
0.15Mpa.

5) When cleaning is completed, rinse pipes by pouring about two cups of water
to spittoon.
66
Close trap door after checking if water is leaked from trap connection part.
CAUTION
If you fill water in drain trap by running water to spittoon, unpleasant
odor from piping can be blocked.
CAUTION
Check at least once a month if oil is full in oil drain filter case at the
bottom of dentist table.
CAUTION
Discard oil-absorbed filter and oil according to the law as they are
flammable material.
NOTE
If rubber ring at the end of air turbine H.P connection is damaged, there’s
case that air is exhausted together with air.
