Our business is about creating a new design of sensorize trash can that will help
community that are having problems in segregating waste and helping the society to become
more clean an healthy sorroundings

This sensorize trashcan is a unique design and movable device that would greatly help in
changing its position for segregating and discharging of wastes.

2.0 Description of Industry

Type of Industry

Using a motion detector the garbage that will be put in the front of the trash can will
automatically open and will segregate the waste automatically. Sensorized trashcan will greatly
help the society in disciplining and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment. This trashcan
will also indicate that when its full it will not accept any waste anymore unless it has been
discharge and this sensorized trashcan can be easily moved because it has wheels. On discharging
the waste inside the trashcan, it is needed to get the dump truck near the machine and will need
help of a human force.

The existing Sensorized trashcan described in our business model is to automatically just
open the trashcan. They are the leading company of touchless trashcans from this time
nationwide, however their trashcan are only automatically opening while our trashcan can also
segregate the wastes automatically.

Commercialization requirements

We will first sell our trashcan in people we already know and explain to them the good
effects of our generator to other existing sensorized trashcan and then, when we have enough
budget we will conduct an advertisements in school, campuses, door to door houses in the
community.

The target markets of the company are the community specifically in Schools and public
areas and give them a reliable device that will help the improve their life style and behavior.
Pricing

The pricing of product is based on the canvassed materials shown in financial plan of this
paper. The selling price of the sensorized trashcan is 8,000PHP considering the raw materials and
labor cost in manufacturing the device.

Distribution

The company provides sensorized trashcan that can acknowledged or accept solid waste
for about 10 kilos per trashbin before it become full. The company would conduct direct retail
selling and delivery of the machine.

Promotion

The company will distribute the product by posters, online-postings, brochures and also
demonstration of the Sensorized trashcan. The company promotes reliable and efficient
procedure in maintaining cleanliness of the community and developing the individual discipline
of the society.

The Sensorized trashcan is rare product in the country. Therefore, the company plans to
conduct advertisements such as posters, online postings, brochures and product demonstration
in order to be familiar in the machine. The Rm Sensorized trashcan corp. will provide deliveries of
the machine to provide good traits to the customer.

Sales for 1st 5 years

Its first five years goal is to sell Sensorized trashcan in balayan, batangas area, in 3 years
its objective is to have stable sales revenue, local market shares at 60% rate, and expand and
machine line service like troubleshooting of our Sensorized trashcan.

It is the principal ingredient to success. It is also important that the business has enough
funding to continue and shoulder its pre-operating and operating expenditures.

Before the opening of the business, each partner will have an equal contribution of 5,000
Php. The total contribution is 10,000 Php. Profit and loss ratio shall be divided equally. The
contributed money was obtained from financial institutions such as banks and lending
corporations while others were from the financial assistance of the owners families.

The RM SENSORIZED TRASHCAN CORP. shop will be located at Balayan, Batangas. The
shop will be owned and operated by Harvy Noah P. Ramos and Angelo D. Marticio. The shop will
serve efficient and reliable Segregation of wastes.
