move to Round Rock, TX to plant
the church with us.
FAMILY UPDATE…
Rebecca is saying some sweet
goodbyes. Baking is not something
most women do here, but they all
want to learn. Rebecca started
baking classes for the ladies as a way
to say goodbye. So, our Saturdays
are now full of a mob of ladies with
cakes, brownies and yummy cookies.

I’ve been trying to contact as many of you as I
can to update you personally about our move in
June from the Dominican to start a new church in
Round Rock, TX. You’ve had some good questions.
I can’t answer all of them in one update, but I’m
going to try to answer a few each month for the
next several months. The most frequent question is,
“will you still need support?”. Yes. Basically, our
salary will be covered between our national
association and the TX state association but 100% of
our work fund will still come directly from our
supporters. “Will we need to send that to a different
address?” No, you can continue to send the support
the exact same way. You can also send it to the TX
missions office marked for us, either way works.
“Will we still get your newsletter?” Yes, as long as
you are willing to get it and pray for us, we plan to
send it out. “What’s going to happen to the work in
the DR?” God has called some very capable pastors
and leaders to shepherd these churches. Under their
leadership and His blessings, I believe the work here
is more fruitful now than it has ever been in its
nearly 30 years of existence. I expect that
fruitfulness to continue for many more years if the
Lord continues to bless as He has. With that said,
part of our hearts will always belong to our family
here in the DR. We will continue to stay in touch
with them and pray for them as much as we can.
