provide facilities for virtual event betting other than pool betting or betting
on real events

This Licence is subject to the following conditions:

 The specific conditions attached to this licence by the Commission by virtue of

section 77 of the Act, which are set out below

 the general conditions imposed by the Commission by virtue of section 75 of
the Act, which are set out in the enclosed documents
 the general conditions imposed by the Secretary of State by virtue of section 78

Part 2 Commission Specific Conditions

Conditions specific to providing facilities for betting other

than pool betting

This licence is subject to the restriction that the licensee may not provide facilities for
betting on the outcome of a virtual race, competition or other event or process.

This licence is subject to the condition that the annual gross gambling yield is less
than £550,000

Conditions specific to manufacturing, supplying, installing or

adapting gambling software

This licence is subject to the condition that the value of the licensee’s annual gross
sales is less than £200,000

Conditions specific to operating a casino; providing facilities

for playing bingo; providing facilities for virtual event betting

This licence is subject to the condition that the combined annual gross gambling yield
from operating a casino; providing facilities for playing bingo; providing facilities for
virtual event betting is less than £100,000,000.
