Transcript/Attendance Reflection

Throughout my four years in high school my transcript and attendance have

fluctuated dramatically. Coming into high school as a freshman I didn’t really have anyone to

guide me and push me to do better academic wise in middle school my grades were very bad

and I had Bs and Cs my attendance wasn’t the best as well. Once freshman year was over my

GPA had already dropped dramatically, by sophomore year I started to realize that my GPA

really affects how my future was going to turnout when it comes to getting into colleges.

Sophomore year I told myself that I could not get anything below a C the entire

school year, this was also the year that I miss quite a bit of school. I still managed to

maintain better grades from what I told myself I got all Bs and two As the first semester.

Second semester I picked myself up a little more and got all As and two Bs this

accomplishment taught me so much more about my school such as CSF, I qualified for it for

the first time and I was put on the list and one of my friends informed me. After qualifying

once I was set to qualifying each semester from there on so that I could graduate in a white

robe.

Junior year came faster than I expected and first semester really destroyed me, my

attendance was terrible and so were my grades. I had gotten two Bs and two Cs which did not

qualify me for CSF and I was devastated. This was a major setback but it pushed me to try

harder and get the grades that I needed. Second semester I got it together and I qualified for

CSF once again.

Senior year and I’m still going strong grade wise, my attendance isn't the best but I'm

still managing to have straight As and qualifying for CSF. We have a couple weeks left of

school and i’m feeling pretty confident about graduation. My Transcript and Attendance over

the past 4 years do not reflect who I am as a person now, I’ve had a lot of downs but every

time I've managed to pick myself back up and do what needs to be done in order to

accomplish my goals.
