As a part of our endeavor to streamline the PMS process for the year 2018-19.
Since the PMS process is starting towards the end of year the KRA setting is done against
actuals for the year 2018-19.
The employee needs to login with username and password in the SAP successfactors.
KRA Template:
KRA refers to key result areas.
User can write the objective ,its measure and weightage on the particular goal.
Total weightage of all the KRA put by user should not exceed 100.
