WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
NIMHANS is conducting WALK-IN-INTEVIEW on 09.05.2019 at 10.00 A.M to fill
the following post on contract basis for BIRAC funded research project under
Academic Innovation Research (AIR) under Promoting Academic Research
Conversion to Enterprise (PACE) entitled “Generation of induced pluripotent
stem cells and midbrain floor plate cells from Indian ethnicity Parkinson’s
disease patient” under Dr.Indrani Datta, Assoc. Prof. of Biophysics & Principal
Investigator.
The desirous candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below are
advised to appear straight away before the interview Board at the venue
mentioned below, along with their Bio-data and testimonials in original as well as
set of photo-copies.

Educational M.Sc OR M.Tech OR M.Phil degree in any field of
Qualification life science with at least 2 years bench-work
experience in culturing human pluripotent stem
cells, and publication in international peer-
reviewed journals.
Experience Candidates with 2 years bench-work experience in
culturing human pluripotent stem cells and flow
cytometry, microscopy and molecular biology
techniques are encouraged to apply.
Nature of Work The project covers extensive derivation and culture
of induced pluripotent stem cell culture work
along with biophysical techniques of flow
cytometry, magnetic sorting and real-time imaging.
Maximum Age limit 35 Years
Emoluments `28,000/- pm (consolidated)
Duration of the project To till the project end date i.e 30.09.2019
