DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION
We hope our brochure and website allow you to enter our world and
raise your levels of excitement about what The International School @
ParkCity Hanoi (ISPH) can offer your family. May I close by saying that any
01
contact that you make with us, and any future visits to the school, will be
embraced and valued with the sensitivity, informality and warmth that has
become our trademark.

THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL @ PARKCITY HANOI (ISPH)
Thank you for your interest in our new school and for taking the time to
read through our brochure. Whether you are a student, parent, teacher, a
member of the community within Hanoi, or perhaps a family considering
a move to Vietnam, I wish you a very warm welcome to The International
School @ ParkCity Hanoi (ISPH).
Exciting times are ahead. Our first school in Kuala Lumpur opened in
2011 with around 100 children. Today it has grown to become a vibrant,
diverse and flourishing school community with over 1,100 students and
families representing more than 50 different nationalities. We are proud
to be considered among the very best international schools in the region,
and have recently been rated as ‘outstanding’ in all areas following an
independent accreditation review.
After 7 years helping lead and develop our school in Malaysia, it is an honour
and privilege to become the founding Principal of The International School
A WELCOME MESSAGE
FROM THE PRINCIPAL
@ ParkCity Hanoi (ISPH), and I am truly excited to be able to offer families
in Vietnam the unique school experience for which ISP has become so
well-known. I understand that choosing the best school for their child is
one of the most important decisions a parent will make, therefore I would
like to offer some help in the form of 5 key questions you may pose when
evaluating a potential school.
Do the students enjoy learning and look forward to coming to school each
day? Are they properly supported and cared for, yet suitably challenged?
Does the school prepare students not only for examination success, but
also to develop as happy, self-assured and responsible young people? Do
the school facilities, resources and location promote learning? And finally,
is everyone at the school focused on working together positively for the
benefit of all students?
A great way to begin finding answers to these questions for ISPH would be
to read the most recent ISQM Accreditation Report for our sister school,
02
available online. I also encourage you to find out about the ISPH ‘Core
Values & Learning Habits’ (on p9 & 10) which we created to summarise
the qualities and attributes we value most highly; not just amongst our
students, but also for our staff and school community.
This brochure and our website will give you a wide range of introductory
information, and I also invite you to explore our Facebook, Twitter & YouTube
channels to get a feel for the characteristics that make ISP schools such
special and unique places.
And of course, the best way to really learn about our school is to come
and see it for yourself. It would be a pleasure to meet you and your
children at one of our regular open days, or any other day, where a very
warm welcome is always guaranteed. Please do not hesitate to contact
our friendly admissions staff at info@isph.edu.vn if you would like more
information about the school, to arrange your visit, or for information on
how to enrol your child at ISPH.
