Abstract— STUDENT GRADING SYSTEM (SGS) deals with
the University, College, College or University Information
Maintenance Authority. SGS is an automation system that is
used to store college, faculty, student, courses and information
college. (Abstract)
I. INTRODUCTION (HEADING 1)
The Grading system plays an important role in any school
management system. But such systems do not often
anticipate expectations, results and performance. The
grading system is designed to encourage and provide
success in identifying student difficulty areas. This is the
most widely used source of student performance analysis,
talent and skills. Important information is needed to increase
grade grade / next year and accuracy is very important. The
proponents of this study wish to reduce the workload of
teachers by eliminating the requirements of each registration
and registration manual. Common problems encountered in
manual registry and accounts are error handling and files,
which are unique. As the workload gradually increases
The grades and lists of students increase the participation
that requires attendance, and the teacher is keen to manage
the documents and officials of higher education in a timely
manner to submit. Thus, this paper is to develop a viable
computerized grading system that will solve these issues.
II. OBJECTIVES
This is an online database application for a university where
students and teachers use their methodological processes
such as checking scores and carefully mapping them. This is
a menu-based access system, where the user name and
password confirms the login for each user, where he will be
able to login to his relevant pages as well as the required
system will be used

III. EASE OF USE
A. It allows obtaining student marks for all students
course wise.
B. Manipulate the result for a department only where
there may be several programs.
C. the instructor can record student's marks for a
particular course for which he/she teaches.
D. Data is used to generate result report.
E. The students can see the report for all cources in a
particular semester whereas an instructor can enter the
marks for a course he teaches.
F. Marks are divided into different categories such as
assignment , mid semester , class test and final semester
which can be personalized by the instructor as he/she
wants.
G. Once an instructor submitted the marks sheet he/she
cannot change furthermore.
IV. SPECEFIC OBJECTIVES
To create a module that will record the student’s name, grade
level and section. To create a module that will record the
student’s grade for quizzes, recitation, project, and quarterly
exam. To create a module that will compute the student’s
quarterly grade based on inputted data. To create a module
that will secure and maintain the integrity of data.

B. Related Work
This grading system uses students to assign high school
teachers to students for all secondary school teachers, mid-
term examinations and final exams scores in Schools ,
College , University etc. Teachers can view student reports
and also print students grade info. Using this system,
compared to Excel to handle student classifications, teachers
can direct their students directly to the system so that the
student's printing process is more effective and effective.
Using the function of this system, in the form of a case,The
web-based classroom system has 3 user roles. All users must
first log on to the system to customize the role of the
function. Because the school principal users can create key
data, such as user account, teacher and student data, and also
create and delete transaction data, such as transaction data
class students count and the teacher can create class
transaction data. This user can easily download data from
Microsoft Excel using User Manager. After each entry of the
school principal, each teacher can easily enroll their students
in the system at any time and anywhere. The system can
customize the user interface for each parameter. Subject
teachers can only see their students based on their teachers.
The grades of students recorded by the teachers include the
daily scores, test scores or homework, intermediate test
scores, and final test scores.
C. Equations
In this research, there are 25 teachers all using the
information system. Of these residents, respondents were
moved to respondents. Sampling techniques use simple
sampling methods so that all members of the community
have the opportunity to take samples. Using a simple random
sampling method, the respondent is an inspector of all active
teachers. The sample size was determined using the Slovin
formula.

With population = 50 and the fault tolerance limit of 5%,

D. Grading System
