last 5 years.

2. Highlight the company profile of each company.

3. Add the financial statements of each company the year before the acquisition.

4. Add the Consolidated Financial Statements after the merger/acquisition with 1

year.

5. State how did the merger or acquisition take place? (Purchasing stocks

Or net assets) and how did the purchaser pay (Stocks or Cash)

6. State the type of merger

7. What are the reasons behind this merger or acquisition?

8. What was the Merger or Acquisition process?

9. State the risks and benefits of the merger from each company’s perspective.
