Job Designation : OPERATING ENGINEER
Salary : 12000 per month

Pre Requisites
 Male Height: Min. 5 ft., Weight: Equivalent to height - Min. 50kgs
 Female Height: Min. 5 ft., Weight: Equivalent to height - Min. 48kgs
 Eyesight to be checked as per the specifications shared by Anand Group
 No Standing Arrears (backlogs). History of Arrears Allowed.
 Age – Must be more than 18 years and 21 years at the time of joining
 Must be medically fit to work in the shop floor/assembly line
 Marks – 60% in 10th Std and 60% in Diploma

dates to conduct online assessment.

Recruitment process
Process 1 - Registration and Online Examination.
Smart Phones can also be used for taking up the test.
This test is scheduled from 26-12- 2018 to 31-12-2018.
Process 2 - Interview for qualified candidates will be during March - April 2019.
Process 3 - Offer letters will be issued within 20 days from the date of interviews.
Process 4 - Joining of candidates on the respective joining dates after completion of their Diploma
exams.
Please Note:
a) Students can download the Employability Bridge Job App called uReka in their smart phones and
register before taking up the online test.
b) students can attend the online assessment in any one of the 35 institutions listed in the drive
schedule.
