I would first of all like to thank Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and GNP Legal, law
firm where I have interned and thereby leaned the practical aspects of the Legal Profession.
The seniors and associates there have been a guide, a mentor and they have taught me all that
I know about the practical aspects of law today.

I would like to thank Amity Law School, Noida as well as my extremely knowledgeable
professors without whose patience and guidance my theoretical knowledge of law would not
have been possible and hence this practical learning would have been incomplete.

I would like to thank my parents in assisting me in every step in this period whenever I needed
them.

Also, I am thankful to my co-interns for making this internship both educationally enlightening
and enjoyable at the same time.
