 Monitor programs, projects and activities to ensure that they are executed in concert with administrative
laws, policies, regulations, strategic plans and precedents.
 Develop and recommend innovative organizational and programmatic approaches and methodologies to
evaluate programs.

 Develop correspondence and other documents to effectively convey a variety of information (such as

policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
 Responsible for all administrative functions including: EWRI Vice President election, awards program,
ASCE and EWRI Fellows programs, membership processing, expense reports, maintaining committee
roster updates, leadership and council meeting coordination.
 Encourage committee productivity by managing up-to-date rosters, coordinating meeting logistics,
recognizing committee accomplishments through Institute publications, producing meeting agendas and
minutes, and track progress on committee KPIs through reports and status updates.
 Process reimbursements and perform routine clerical support to committees via eReimburse and PN3 to
ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
 Plan and facilitate EWRI conferences by assisting in review of RFPs, updating the conference website in
Drupal, coordinating logistics of technical tours, addressing attendee inquiries, and assisting the conference
manager in various tasks.
 Produce membership content through email blasts, welcome emails to new members, updates to the
Institute website, and the monthly e-newsletter.
 Respond to routine inquiries and fulfilling informational requests.

Coasts, Oceans, Ports, and Rivers Institute (COPRI) Coordinator, March 2017 – February 2018

 Prepare and conduct presentations to the COPRI Governing Board updating members on the
accomplishments, objectives, and ongoing projects of the Institute.
 Assist in the development of membership acquisition plans and the tracking of membership goals.
 Create Institute and conference marketing content, such as brochures, monthly newsletters in Eloqua, web
content and news releases in Ektron, and other items.
 Manage outreach to local groups, including ASCE Sections, Branches, and Student Chapters.
 Provide customer service to individuals contacting the Institute through its official phone line and email
address.
 Produce administrative content for committees such as memos, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
 Serve as point of contact for organizational members.
