EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project report has been written keeping in mind the Indian Logistics industry

in particular SCMforyou. It’s a Supply Chain Management, Logistics,

Warehousing, & E-Commerce Company which has a nationwide reach and

ample infrastructure; I got this auspicious opportunity to work with the company

nd
as an intern, for 6 weeks Summer Internship Program commenced from 2 June

th
2018 to 14 July 2018.

I was assigned in “Amazon Reverse Logistics”. Through which company

wanted me to learn about the Trading Process which include Loading and De-

loading of products and even maintaining supply of products as a part of daily

process. ‘Warehouse Management’ was also part of my internship practice. We

receive shipment every night and then those shipments were segmented as per

pin codes and further classified as per retailer’s volume individually. Amazon

Reverse Logistics plays an important role as here in Logistics Industry the

shipments are not delivered up to 100% the cause could be anonymous.

Therefore Reverse Logistics make sure that those shipments are delivered back to

the retailers as it was dispatched when the order was placed by the customer. It

mainly caters B2B businesses and provides services with respect to getting

packets delivered as well as warehousing of the same.

The project’s purpose was to learn about the latest advancements in the field of

Logistics and Warehousing. I worked on “Amazon Reverse Logistics as well as

Warehousing”, [OPERATIONS] -

xi
This internship was quite a learning experience for me in order to go through the

entire daily process which was commenced. The project is divided into 4 chapters

highlights are given below:

Chapter-1: The first chapter tells about the profile of the company. It contains

full detail about the company; it gives brief information about the company, its

business spread around the world. The chapter tells about nature, vision, mission

of the company, the wide range of products the company is providing and its

organizational structure.

The chapter tells about the market share of the company and its condition in the

Indian market. It also tells the size of the company, finally, the chapter has

information about company’s current leaders.

Chapter-2: This includes the SWOT analysis of the company. I came to know

what are positive and strong points of SCMforyou. On the basis of which SWOT

Analysis (STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPERTUNITIES, and THREATS) is

done. It also includes best practices and the deviations followed by the company.

Chapter-3: The third chapter contains methodology i.e. sources for data

collection, analyzing and interpretation. In this, data is analyzed and

interpretation is given and data is collected in key functional areas i.e. HR,

Marketing, Finance, International Business, Production and Operations.

Chapter-4: The fourth chapter contains findings and conclusion. The chapter is

comprised of findings of the study which I have studied in the company, the

lessons learnt during the internship period, suggestions and conclusion about

1.4 ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE

1.4.1 Informal: Informal Culture values more egalitarian organization with

smaller difference in status and power unlike formal culture. Informality is

all about status equality where in hierarchy is absent addressing each other

in a casual manner.

The culture at SCMforyou is unique as it uses an informal hierarchy in the

organization which helps the top management to easily evaluate their

employees and also gives confidence to employees to talk directly to the

top management without going through a process or scalar chain. Also

without using sir or ma’am like address so that conclude could be

evaluated.

1.4.2 Employee satisfaction: Employee satisfaction is the terminology used to

describe whether employees are happy and contented and fulfilling their

desires and needs at work. Many measures support that employee

13
satisfaction is a factor in employee motivation, employee goal

achievement, and positive employee morale in the workplace. Willing of

employees to work comes from the quality of work life of the employee

within the organization which results to the behavior of the employee

towards the organization, colleagues and the work itself. Where in

quality of work life which helps the employee to work more efficiently.

closely related as they both have a common goal to make the goal to be

achieved efficiently and effectively. At SCMforyou every employee is part

of a team and every team works on a project together helps creating a sense

between employees and teams within the organization.

14
CHAPTER 2

ENVIORMENTAL ANALYSIS

15
2.1 Internal Environment Analysis of the company
SWOT analysis was conducted to analysis the internal environment of the
company

2.1.1 Strengths
Strengths are what makes a company strong and knowing about those

strengths contributes in healthy decision making and market succession.

Some of the strengths are as follows:

1) Employees: The employees are self-motivated and also act as

major strengths for company when so ever required.

2) Revenue: This Company is a developing company increasing

their revenue year over year which help them to achieve their

future plans easily.

3) Technology: In terms of Technology the SCMforyou is always

using one of those which help in reducing human efforts and

making the work flow go easier. Recent developments in AI

had made it easier for the Logistics to read the package and

segment it using set of tools.

2.1.2 Weakness

Weakness could be a drawback for the company which may act as a huddle

to achieve goals easily this may also be always helpful to any organizations

as it helps in identifying the aspects of the organizations which lacks in

performance and hence giving opportunity to improve.

1) Due to lack of innovation in technology sector in the country it

becomes an expensive and difficult task to implement.

16
2) Declining investment in thought leadership is also a weakness for

SCMforyou.

3) Increase in chance of theft is a draw back as it breakup the security

and even make a hole through the entire system which even might

leak-up the valuable credentials.

2.1.3 Opportunity

Opportunities can also be marked as a fruit which can either be very costly

if fetched on time. Opportunities are the thing which makes an organization

successful. Quick decision making and leadership is the key to benefiting

from all the opportunities which come in way.

2.1.4 Threats

Threats are what motivate an organization to be better to overcome those

threats and use this to their benefits as an opportunity.

1) Competition: Competition in the industry is always a threat and

an industry as large as Logistics in India have a large no. of

competitors which acts as a threat to SCMforyou.

2) Government: Government also acts as a threat to the Logistics

Industry as change in policies and regulations can be beneficial

but also can have negative impacts on the organization and

hence are a threat.

2.2 External Environment Analysis of the company

PESTEL analysis was conducted to analyze the external environment of the

company

17
P = Political Factor

E = Economic Factor

S = Social Factor

T = Technological Factor

L = Legal Factor

E = Environmental Factor

2.2.1 Political Factors

There are certain political factors which are affecting the logistic sector in

good as well as bad way. Such factors are like:

1) Diesel de-regulation

2) Big thrust on highways build-up

3) Carriage of goods by road act, 2007

4) Dedicated freight corridor

5) Goods and Services Tax

6) Make in India

2.2.2 Economic Factors

There are several market conditions that affect the transportation industry.

Specific market trends, such as seasonality have a large impact on the

industry. During the fourth quarter, October through December, we see an

increase in demand of transportation services. This is logical, as many

companies prepare for Black Friday and the holiday shopping season. Also,

it is important to note that transportation made up 9.5% of GDP in 2017.

This is a large share and could be used as an estimate of the direction of the

transportation industry. Unfortunately, even with the high percentage of

18
GDP, the transportation industry struggles from a driver shortage. Within

the next five years, the majority of the ‘baby boomers’ will be ready to

retire, if they haven’t done so already. That means many quality drivers

will be retiring, no longer offering their expertise to their clients. The

transportation industry is having trouble finding new talent to fill these

positions. While this problem is one that many industries face, it has

affected transportation greatly.

2.2.3 Social Factors

Should Industry be concern with the issue of global warming? Yes, it is

affected by many government laws regarding it like in china, where

company with great amount of carbon emission are charge great amount of

tax. Likewise, being a major player in the global logistic market DHL has

introduces measure to help in the reduction of carbon emission by trying to

reduce its GAS consumption, and using vehicles powered by electricity,

making no carbon emission and partnering with other companies in

troubleshooting this global dilemma.

2.2.4 Technological Factors

In developing countries like India, the development in logistics is quite

different from other countries. Technological innovations and

advancements are currently the governing mechanism for selecting supply

chain partners, coordinating and monitoring the end to end process

delivery. Technology has brought several innovations into logistics. There

are several recent technologies such as the internet of things, mobile,

augmented realty, social media, cloud storage, big data analytics and

19
computing which improve the efficiency of the logistics operations. All the

relevant changes in technology are being fast adopted by new generation

tech logistics companies which have helped in transforming these

organizations through electronic means like collecting, moving, storing,

and analyzing data, information and knowledge. It also helped to develop

competitive edge with greater ability to deliver customer-configured

products and value added services faster than competition. In India, most

of the startup action has been in the long-haul freight segment with startups

aiming to enable faster transactions, better truck utilization, providing

supply chain visibility to customers and vendors, efficient spot pricing,

standardized service levels and agent dis-intermediation. Ever-increasing

internet and mobile penetration in India has meant that businesses can

continuously leverage technologies to capture new demand and supply and

build a highly scalable network. Startups are also deploying innovations

like sensor technology but there is a need for a focused plan for skill

development in the wider Indian logistics landscape. At the firm level,

companies are focusing on moving towards reducing cycle times in order

to add value to their customers. More than 75% of the trucking industry is

unorganized and saddled with inefficiencies like lack of visibility of return

load, multi-level intermediaries, & low quality of information flow leading

to truck running less than 5000 billable km/month (apart from this non-

billable or dry-run where truck moves from point A to B without cargo)

and having only 14-15 days of actual run in a month while waiting for

cargo on other days. This can change and is changing with tech-enabled

logistics – visibility of return load, incentive structure for drivers and

20
quality systems to root-out inefficiencies is already bearing fruits and

trucks having billable kms in excess of 10,000 km/ month.

Fusing Technology with Logistics

The addressable market for a logistic company is of US$40 bn. India needs

more than 10 companies to scale up to more than USD 1 billion in

revenues in this space (inter-city full truck load) to make Indian Logistics

Industry efficient.

2.2.5 Legal Factors

Legally it’s been implemented here in India to follow the norm of GST

instead of all the old taxation policies. The implementation of GST is to

push organized logistics industry and also improve cost structure for the

industry. E Commerce continues to drive need for high industry growth.

Due to these advancements, Investments have been seen in this sector.

Recently, Warburg’s investment in Rivigo; Carlyle & Fosun’s investment

in Delhi very, etc. are clear examples of the growth of foreign capital

recognizing the need and potential of this particular sector in India.

It is expected that in 18 months or so, these companies may start getting

endorsed by large public market investors also once they get on to IPO

bandwagon. It is of interest to note that many traditional logistics players

took decades to reach a turnover of over Rs. 800 crores, which some of

these start-ups have achieved in 3-5 years time. Industry experts suggest

that some of these may scale up to Rs. 6000 crore in next 2-3 years.

21
2.2.6 Environmental Factors
Environmental conservation and protection is an issue which has gained

prominence because of deteriorating environmental balance which is

threatening the sustainability of life and nature. Largely, business is also

held responsible for such situations as emissions from industries polluting

the air, excessive chemical affluent drained out in water making it

poisonous and unfit for use, usage of bio non-degradable resources

affecting the bio-chain adversely and exposure of employees to hazardous

radiations bring their life in danger. All these have been taken very

seriously by different stakeholders in the society including the government

and legislations and movements are creating pressure for an environment

friendly business. These have far reaching implications for business

ranging from the kind of business, the product being manufactured, how it

is manufactured and how friendly it is for mankind and nature.

Energy Efficient Process and Equipments:

Companies are focusing on reducing the carbon footprints, energy

utilization; water consumption etc. Talking about “SCMforyou’’ had also

installed solar panels at each and every warehouse so that the solar power

could be converted into electricity for consumption which had also helped

the company to bring down its electricity consumption bill by keeping the

same level of consumption.

DATA ANALYSIS AND PRESENTATION

23
A. DATA COLLECTION

3.1 Sources of Data Collection:

3.1.1 Primary data:

Primary data is collected from a first-hand experience and is reliable and

authentic. During this summer internship, I have collected different data

from different sources. Some of them are through observation from other

employees of the organization, through the feedback of the customers and

some of them are interview of the employees of the company.

3.1.2 Secondary Data

Secondary data are second hand information. So they may be relatively

less accurate than the primary data. The data has been collected from the

company‘s website, articles and annual report of SCMforyou. The data

regarding the project was collected through vivid resources and different

means. Along with the collection of data from various issues of above

mentioned magazines I collected the data from the various sources of

internet. The secondary data used in the project are:

1) Website of the company (www.scmforyou.com).

2) Annual report of the company.

3) From the newspaper.

3.2 FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS

3.2.1 Marketing

Business marketing is a marketing practice of individuals or organizations.

It allows them to sell products or services to other companies or

24
organizations that resell them, use them in their products or services or use

them to support their works. In other words Marketing is everything a

company does to gain customers and maintain relationships with them.

Even the small tasks like writing thank-you letters, playing golf with a

prospective client, returning calls promptly and meeting with a past client

for coffee are marketing. The goal of marketing is to match a company's

products and services to the people who need and want them to

ensure profitability.

(a) Product Planning Process

This is the toughest thing to be made sure while deciding the product

to be taken for the shipment but where as SCMforyou is a logistic

company which deals in transporting wide variety of goods no matter

in which form they are in solid or liquid. SCMforyou plays a wide role

in transportation as well as warehousing.

(b) Pricing Policies/Strategies

A separate department is setup so that they could focus primarily on

developing and executing strategies for the promotion and distribution

of services been given by SCMforyou. While going for the pricing

technique the SCMforyou follows a set of instructions such like

distance of the package to be delivered, state of package, sometimes

the product is to be carried that means the product type and many more

other factors which takes part in transportation. After which the pricing

is been done.

25
(c) Promotional Policies & their effect on sales

A set of rules and guidelines set forth by a company or organization

that outlines how employees are to interact with potential customers

in the promotion of a good or service. In marketing, promotion refers

to any type of marketing communication used to inform or persuade

target audiences of the relative merits of a product and service. The

promotion policy helps the company keep control of the message it is

sending about the good or service, as well as to dictate the

appropriate actions that employees can take when dealing with

outside personnel.

SCMforyou is well connected on social platform so that the major

contracts could be fetched after fishing it from the internet market.

They even use bidding techniques so that the contract could be

fetched in bulk orders for a motive to have a permanent client.

3.2.2 Human Resource Management

It’s a process of hiring and developing employees so that they become

more valuable to the organization. Human Resource Management includes

conducting job analyses, planning personnel needs, recruiting the right

people for the job, orienting and training, managing wages and salaries,

providing benefits and incentives, evaluating performance, resolving

disputes, and communicating with all employees at all levels. Examples of

core qualities of HR management are extensive knowledge of the industry,

leadership, and effective negotiation skills. HRM is the management

function that helps the mangers to recruit, select, train and develop the

organizational members for the purpose of achieving the stated

organizational goals.

(a) HR Planning

The term Human resource planning, or HRP, is the ongoing,

continuous process of systematic planning to achieve optimum use of

an organization's most valuable asset that is human resources. The

objective of human resource planning is to ensure the best fit between

employees and jobs while avoiding manpower shortages or surpluses.

The four key steps of the human resources planning process are

analyzing present labor supply, forecasting labor demand, balancing

projected labor demand with supply and supporting organizational

goals.

(b) HRM functions

1) Human Resources Planning.

2) Recruitment, selection and placement.

28
3) Orientation, Training and Development.

4) Job Analysis and Design.

5) Role Analysis and role Development.

6) Career Planning and Career Development.

7) Motivation and Communication.

8) Performance Appraisal.

9) Human Relations.

10) Safety and Health.

11) Wage and Salary Administration.

12) Compensation and Reward.

13) Grievance Redressal.

14) Quality of work Life and Employee Welfare.

15) Organizational Change and Development.

(c) Recruitment

Recruitment refers to the overall process of attracting, short listing,

selecting and appointing suitable candidates for jobs within an

organization. Here in SCMforyou that was done very clearly as it’s a

rising company and if the recruitment was not done on its best the

company might suffer a lot. Therefore the company came up with an

idea to maintain an hierarchy such like recruitment of labor (man

power) was outsourced with ‘’HR passion’’ one of the most leading

company in providing man power. And rest recruitment of other levels

other that labor was done by HR its self of the company. This also

helped them to make a bit less stressful work for HR of the company

as now the labor recruitment was not their work it was outsourced.

29
(d) Selection & Induction Processes

Recruitment, selection and induction are part of the human resources

process to find, hire and train new employees. The talent pool in

today's global market is often very big and very competitive. Without a

strategic process in place, human resource leaders might not bring the

most appropriate talent into the company.

Major factors kept in mind for selecting candidates were:-

1) The first step in any recruiting process is to identify the needs

of the company. By identifying the needs of the position, a

recruiting post or ad can be generated to attract candidates who

possess specific experience levels, skills and education

standards.

2) Having a systematic process to interview and select new hires

is very important to get things right for two reasons. The first is

a legal reason. If everyone is put through the same process, no

one can claim they weren't hired because of favouritism or

discrimination. The second is to not rely on gut reactions and

"good feelings" about someone.

3) Once you have made the selection and the new hire is starting,

don't just throw them to the wolves. Take the time to onboard

them. On boarding is a process of dealing with standard human

resources and payroll paperwork necessary for legal and

financial compliance.

30
(e) Training

Training is teaching, or developing in oneself or others, any skills and

knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has

specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and

performance.

(f) Performance Appraisal & Recognition Systems

Employee reward systems refer to programs set up by a company to

reward performance and motivate employees on individual or group

levels. They are normally considered separate from salary but may be

monetary in nature or otherwise have a cost to the company. Same is

done here in SCMforyou the employees who perform good get certain

monitory and non monitory benefits totally depending on their

performance. The scheme is for both the labor of the company as well

as for the upper level employees. The basic motto behind this is to

motivate them in the entire situation so that they could have a good

face towards the company as well as they love their job.

(g) Life at SCMforyou

A career at SCMforyou means an opportunity for ample learning &

growth. It offers avenues to work across the globe alongside the finest

minds. The company offers a challenging assignment, a world class

working environment, professional management, and competitive

salaries along with exceptional rewards. which also include handsome

salary along with good opportunity for the one who perform

extraordinarily.

31
(h) Salary and Benefits at SCMforyou

Salaries and other benefits in SCMforyou are comparable with the best

in the industry and one can expect to be rewarded highly if the

performance is consistently outstanding. Group Life Insurance,

Medical Insurance is few examples of the benefits that the company

used to provide to their employees. Further it dependents on the role of

an employee’s playing in the company as benefits differ as per the

position in the company.

3.2.3 Production & Operations

(a) Supply Chain Management such as Vendor Development

Supply chain management is the combination of art and science that

goes into improving the way your company finds the raw components

it needs to make a product or service, manufactures that product or

service and delivers it to customers.

The following are five basic components for supply chain

management:-

1) Plan

2) Source

3) Make

4) Deliver

5) Return

32
Whereas Vendor development is one of the popular techniques of

strategic sourcing, which improves the value we receive from

suppliers. Vendor Development can be defined as any activity that a

Buying Firm undertakes to improve a Supplier's performance and

capabilities to meet the Buying Firms' supply needs.

(b) Logistics

Logistics is used more broadly to refer to the process of coordinating

and moving resources people, materials, inventory, and equipment

from one location to storage at the desired destination. The term

logistics originated in the military, referring to the movement of

equipment and supplies to troops in the field.

(c) Inventory Management

Inventory management is the process of ensuring that a company

always has the products it needs on hand and that it keeps costs as

low as possible. Successful inventory management involves creating

a purchasing plan to ensure that items are available when they are

needed — but that neither too much nor too little is purchased and

keeping track of existing inventory and its use.

3.2.4 Finance

Financial analysis is an important activity for any organization not only for

identification of its present performance but its strategic & futuristic

decisions too. The focus of financial analysis is on key figures in the

33
financial statements and the significant relationships that exist between

them. The analysis of financial statement is a purpose of evaluating

relationship between component parts of financial statements to obtain a

better understanding of the firm's position and performance. The first task

of the financial analyst is to select the information contained in the

financial statements. The second step involved in financial analysis is to

arrange the information in a way to highlight significant relationship. The

final step is interpretation and drawing of inferences and conclusions. In

brief, financial analysis is the process of selections, relation and evaluation.

However, it is to be noticed that there is a basic limitation of the traditional

financial statement comprising the balance sheet and the profit and loss

account i.e., they do not give all the information regarding financial

operation of the firm. Accordingly ratios not only indicate the present

position, they also indicate the causes leading up to the large extent. For

instance accounts ratio may indicate not only the financial position and

precautions but also the past policies and actions they have caused.

(a) Net Working Capital

In accounting, a current asset is any asset which can reasonably be

expected to be sold, consumed, or exhausted through the normal

operations of a business within the current fiscal year or operating

cycle.

[Net Working Capital = Current Assets - Current Liabilities]

Particulars 2016 2017

Current Assets 18,25,00,000 20,17,00,000

34
Current Liabilities 57,90,000 68,00,000

Net Working Capital 17,67,10,000 19,49,00,000

Table No-3.3: Net Working Capital

Interpretation- In the above table, the working capital of year 2016

is positive which shows that the operations of the business is

producing enough to support the business current debts as compare

the year 2017 in which the working capital has rise up and stands

positive which shows that the company is in a state to generate

enough from operations to pay for its current obligations with

current assets and make good profits.

(b) Current Ratio

The current ratio is a liquidity ratio that measures a company's

ability to pay short term and long-term obligations. To gauge this

ability, the current ratio considers the current total assets of a

company (both liquid and illiquid) relative to that company's current

total liabilities.. The ideal ratio for current ratio 2:1

[Current Ratio = Current assets / Current liabilities]

Particular 2016 2017

Current Assets 18,25,00,000 20,17,00,000

Current Liabilities 57,90,000 68,00,000

Current Ratio 31.51 29.66

Table No-3.4: Current Ratio

35
Interpretation: As shown in the above table the current ratio has

been decreased in the current year as compared to the previous year.

A higher current ratio is always more favorable than a lower current

ratio because it shows the company can more easily make current

debt payments, but the current ratio of the company in the year 2016

was 31.51 which decreased to 29.66 in the year 2017 which means

that the company is in the unfavorable situation.

(c) Working Capital ratio

The working capital ratio is the same as the current ratio. It is the

relative proportion of an entity's current assets to its current

liabilities, and is intended to show the ability of a business to pay for

its current liabilities with its current assets.

[Working Capital Ratio = Net sales / Working capital]

Particulars 2016 2017

Net Sales 5,98,23,764 8,96,90,030

Working Capital 17,67,10,000 19,49,00,000

Working Capital Ratio 0.338 0.046

Table No-3.5: Working Capital Ratio

36
Interpretation: As shown in the above table the working capital

ratio in the year 2016 is which 0.338 has been decreased 0.046 in the

year 2017 which means that the current assets are more as compare

of current liability.

(d) Debt Equity Ratio

Debt Equity Ratio is a long term solvency ratio that indicates the

soundness of long term financial policies of a company. It shows

the relation between the portion of assets financed by creditors

and the portion of assets financed by stockholders. The ideal

debt equity ratio is considered as 2:1.

[Debt Equity Ratio = Total liabilities / Total equity]

Particulars 2016 2017

Debt 57,90,000 68,00,000

Equity 81,32,000 81,32,000

Debt -Equity Ratio 0.712 0.836

Table No-3.6: Debt Equity Ratio

Interpretation: As shown in the above figure Debt Equity Ratio of

the company has decreased by 0.836 in year 2017 to 0.712 in year

2016 which shows that the organization is in less debt to equity ratio.

This is considered to be the good option for the creditors and the

investors to invest in.

37
(e) Capital Turnover Ratio

A ratio of how effectively a publically traded company manages the

capital invested in it to produce revenues. It is calculated by taking

the total of the company's annual sales and dividing it by the average

stockholder equity, which is the average amount of money invested

in the company. A high ratio indicates that the company is using its

capital well, while a low ratio indicates the opposite. It is also called

equity turnover.

[Capital Turnover Ratio = Sales / Capital Employed]

Particulars 2016 2017

Sales 5,98,23,764 8,96,90,030

Capital Employed 3,23,14,903 4,46,12,162

Capital Turnover Ratio 1.851 2.010

Table No-3.7: Capital Turnover Ratio

Interpretation: As the capital Turnover ratio is increasing in year

by year which shows in the above table reflects greater efficiency

which means that company‘s operation is running in a very

smoothly manner and the company should limits the fund for

additional funding in the future.

(f) Capital Structure

The capital structure is all about to financing business activities

through a combination of equities and liabilities. Capital Structure of

38
a company refers to the make-up of its capitalization and it includes

all long-term capital resources via loans, reserves, shares and bonds.

Particulars 2016 2017

Shareholder’s Fund 10132000 1032000

Borrowings 8873284 8873284

Table No-3.8: Capital Structure

4.2 LESSON LEARNT

My Internship in SCMforyou started in 2nd of JUNE 2018. I grabbed the

opportunity to meet different people from diverse backgrounds and occupations to

discuss on Logistic and Supply Chain related topics. Working on cases has helped

me to gain lots of experience in this field.

The main contribution of an employee to its organization is to perform its

responsibilities given with 100% effort and honesty. My major responsibility was

to ensure the consignment receiving and delivery along with warehousing along

with analyzing the performance of the employees by comparing the portfolio

performance for the organization as I was working for Amazon process. For the

goodwill of the company I was always honest to ensure that the right volume of

receiving and delivery data is maintained and presented always. Once I was in

warehouse at sharp 9am my work was to account the consignment volume

received at warehouse that night and then entitle the duty to the delivery boys to

make the consignment delivered as per pin code. After which my other work was

even to scan the AWB also known as Air Way Bill number the barcode consisting

12 to 16 digits for its unique and easy identification and maintaining it on excel as

proof to prevent it from theft. The company is performing very well and company

is able to provide good returns to the vendor. I am very much satisfied with the

level of work I have done for the company. I have also flab information about how

to deal with juniors, Superiors & Clients. This will help me through my

professional carrier ahead. Various functional areas are also seen by me and how

they work accordingly.
