Our mission for our customers is to provide excellent
service and provide them with one of the world's best
New Kirby President- 2 home maintenance system. We will continue to strive
to meet customer satisfaction into the new year.
Pro Club Winners- 3
Our mission for our team is to provide a safe and fun
workplace, while simultaneously meeting sales goals.
Our goal this year is to meet Kirby's Golden Circle--
2,400 sales in a year.
We are confident that with our hardworking and
dedicated team members, we can achieve this
goal.

Kirby's New President

Pinnacle Division's former Divisional


Supervisor, Dan Blalock became the
President of North American Field Sales
at the beginning of 2019.

Blalock made the move from Texas to


Cleveland, Ohio where he will spend his
days as president at the Cleveland
headquarters.

Many here at MWD have had the
opportunity to meet Blalock while he
O'Clair Opens New Office made visits to our office or met him at
Pinnacle Division incentive trips.

We wish our former Divisional


We wish to congratulate Ryan O'Clair, MWD's Supervisor great success as he takes on
distributor trainee who recently opened his own 2019 as Kirby's President of North
office, O'Clair Enterprises, in Carroll. American Field Sales.

We hope O'Clair can inspire current and future


dealers to be DT's in the future. With dedication
and hard-work, our dealers can also have the
opportunity to make accomplishments like O'Clair
has made.

O'Clair has been with the company since November


2017. His hard-work and leadership at MWD has
taken him far within the company and we wish him
good luck in Carroll.

Those who did not qualify will


MWD Announces Pro Club have the opportunity to qualify
for the next Pro Club trip during
Winners the months of January, February,
March and April.

The Pro Club will be held  June


13-16, 2019 at the Margaritaville
MWD has announced it's winners for the Pro Lake Resort at Lake of the Ozarks
Club in San Antonio. The Pro Club will be held in Missouri.
on February 7-10, 2019.
Good luck!

In order to qualify for the Pro Club, new


dealers must make 15 sales in a month during
the qualifying 4-month period. Senior Dealers
must make 2 months of 15 sales or 30 sales in a
month during the qualifying period. Senior
Dealers are dealers who have qualified or
attended a Pro Club in the past. The division
sets different qualifying standards for dealers,
leaders and DT's.

The qualifying months for the San Antonio


Pro Club were in September, October,
Dealers Jake Johnson and Zach Evans at a Pro Club
November and December. meeting
